SPAG (and a vacation announcement)

I’m going on vacation for the next week. If you’d like something IF-related to occupy you in the meantime, how about checking out the current and back issues of SPAG?

SPAG Magazine is an old and honorable publication focused on promoting interactive fiction. It’s been around in one form or another since 1994 (that counts as old around these parts!) and though it was on hiatus from 2011 to 2015, it’s now starting up again under a more formal structure, with Katherine Morayati (Broken Legs, 2009) as the editor-in-chief.

Also, SPAG is looking for submissions. To quote from their about page:

In the past SPAG had a big focus on reviews, but as there are now many websites hosting reviews (such as the IFDB), we want to focus on articles that analyse and synthesise the ideas of the IF world. If you like the sound of that and would like to write for SPAG, please contact us, we’re always looking for more authors!

See you next Thursday!
